Buying insurance is what keeps people poor so that they can end up dying rich.

I mentioned a few posts back that I got a part time job. It’s at a local life insurance brokerage. Small company servicing big names. I was supposed to be on a schedule to be evaluated for full-time in February, but today was asked to begin working full-time immediately (tomorrow, in fact). Busy times…

  1. Wow. Good for you! What do you think about returning to work full-time? I’m still kicking this idea around and can’t decide.

It’s good that Bob can be home with Nila. If he finds something full-time, what are your plans, if you don’t mind sharing?

Working full-time, going to school and being Mommy. How do you do it, Super Woman?

  2. Because my daughter is the sweetest person in the whole wide world. She sent me a thank you card yesterday that said, “I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for being the person you are and loving people!” I love you, Angie.
Angie deserves every bit of love and support that a person can get. I special ordered her from God before she was born, that’s why she is the way that she is. She really is God’s child.

  3. So does that mean that you will get family health insurance as a perk there? That would be cool.
Insurance is a way for people to save money and make money off of their investment. And you’re right, so they can diie rich.
Try not to overdo it too much. I wouldn’t want you to stress out or become too tired and get sick again. But it’s just like juggling. Once you learn how to throw 3 balls up in the air, you can learn to do 4 or 5. At least you’re still young enough to do this for a few more days.

  4. OMG-3 granddaughters of Granny are in the insurance business! What a coincidence! You keep on truckin’ through the daily grindstone, work, being a mother, student, designer, wife, friend, etc., etc., and the next thing you’ll know, Nila will be in school. She’s already working on becoming 2. Where does the time go? Love ya!!
